ISU Junior World Cup Speed Skating 2017/18, including International Competitions for "Neo-seniors". The ISU Junior World Cup will be organized as a series of International Competitions subject to regulations given in this ISU Communication 2109. The ISU Junior World Cup is an ISU Event, financially supported through the ISU Development Program. Relevant parts of the ISU General Regulations apply, in particular Rules 105, 106 and 136. Rule 223, paragraph 1.b) and 1.c) regarding national team uniforms will apply with the adjustments as mentioned in 2c).
