COVENTRY CITY FOOTBALL CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All bookings and dates offered are valid for 14 days from the date of enquiry after which time they are either confirmed by receipt of a completed booking form or deleted.

2. Facilities will only be reserved after the Venue Sales Manager has received written confirmation.

3. On receipt of written confirmation, the terms & conditions will be deemed to be accepted and agreed to by the customer.  Cancellation subsequent to that acceptance or notification of reduced attendance must be made in writing and may render the client liable for the following cancellation charges:

- Cancellation or shortfall within 12-16 weeks of date of arrival – 10%

-  Cancellation or shortfall within 6-12 weeks of date of arrival – 25%

-  Cancellation or shortfall within 4-6 weeks of date of arrival – 50%

-  Cancellation or shortfall within 2-4 weeks of date of arrival – 75%

- Cancellation or shortfall within 2 weeks of date of arrival – 100%

4. Final numbers must be confirmed not less than 5 full weekdays of date of arrival. Any shortfall of numbers from your confirmation will be charged as shown above.

5. All charges including room hire and catering will be invoiced on completion of the event and are subject to VAT at the current rate.

6. Payment should be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.  Cheques should be made payable to Coventry City Football Club Holdings Ltd.

7. The Venue Sales Manager will endeavour to adhere to the allocated rooms but reserves the rights to alter the rooms at short notice.  This will not relieve the hirer from its obligations as to payment of the appropriate fees.  The Venue Sales Manager will inform the client of a change of room before the event.

8. The customer will be liable for all and any damage caused to any room, facilities, furniture or equipment caused by acts or omissions o their delegates, staff or visitors.

9. Vehicles and their contents are left at the Football Ground premises at the owners risk.

10. Coventry City Football Club accepts no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage to personal effects belonging to customers or their delegates.

11. The customer must complete a Portable Appliance Test (PAT) Form to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974/1990 if bringing equipment onto site not hired by Coventry City Football Club.

12. All bookings are subject to fixture changes
