This Communication summarizes the main general obligations of ISU Members, according to the ISU Statutes and according to established procedures. This does not alter the obligation of ISU Members to adhere to those Rules contained in the ISU Statutes which are not specifically referred to in this Communication.
The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) announces that its 2019 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods (List), which was first published on 28 September 2018, has entered into force on January 1st, 2019.
Following changes adopted by the 2018 ISU Congress regarding Rule 102, paragraph 6, ISU Communication No. 2221 replaces and complements ISU Communication No. 2055 as well as enforces and re-enforces provisions outlined in other ISU Communications.
Further to ISU Communication No. 2175, point 9 and in line with the 2016 Congress decision to provide additional opportunities to ISU Member representatives to meet and discuss, the Council agreed to hold a one-day Conference per Branch (Figure Skating & Speed Skating) during the season 2018/19.

Applications for ISU Four Continents Speed Skating and Short Track Speed Skating Championships, season 2019/20
In accordance with Article 21 of the 2018 ISU Constitution, this Communication sets out the composition, purpose and election procedures of the ISU Athletes Commission. The elections will take place at selected ISU Championships during the 2018/19 season.
