As per Rule 107/12 and Rule 102/3 of the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2018, International Masters/Adult and Other Competitions for Special Groups of Skaters:

Competitions for Masters (Speed Skating Branch) and Adults (Figure Skating Branch) and Competitions for other specifically defined special groups of Skaters that may be conducted in cooperation with the ISU as decided by the Council.
