The Communication No. 2489 provides the guidelines for the International Novice Competitions 2022/23 and replaces No. 2396.

This Communication announces the new dates of the ISU Recognized Ice Dance Referees and Judges seminar in Seoul, Korea. The new dates are : July 15-17, 2022

The ISU eLearning Platform is launching a new series of online courses open to everyone and addressing all ice skating disciplines: the Small Bites Series.

GUIDELINES FOR INTERNATIONAL NOVICE COMPETITIONS 2022/23  - Communication revised on May 31, 2022 

We are back with the sixth P.L.A.Y (Pocket Learning Anti-Doping & You) for the month of May, 2022 and the topic for this month is ‘ICEPACK’ (ISU Clean Educational Pool Actors).

The 58th ISU Ordinary Congress will take place in Phuket Thailand on June 6 – 10, 2022. Over 280 delegates are expected to meet at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, including ISU Office Holders and delegations from ISU Member Federations.

The Pure as Ice campaign made stops for the 2021-22 season at the ISU European Figure Skating Championships, the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships both in Tallinn, Estonia and the ISU World Junior Short Track Speed Skating Championships in Gdansk, Poland.

Two international Pair Skating Seminars  will be held this summer at the Oberstdorf ISU Center of Excellence (CoE) on July 18-23 and July 25-30, 2022.

Single & Pair Skating - Scale of Values Season 2022/23 can be found in ISU Communication 2475. This Communication replaces Communication No. 2253

Single and Pair Skating Levels of Difficulty and Guidelines for marking Grade of Execution for season 2022/23 can be found in ISU Communication 2474. This one replaces Communication 2334.

Ice Dance - Scale of Values Season 2022/23. The following Communication replaces Communication No. 2256.

The 58th ISU Ordinary Congress will take place in Phuket, Thailand on June 6 – 10, 2022. Every Congress sees major decisions about the future and direction of the ISU. In 2022 almost 250 proposals will be discussed and voted by the Congress. Additionally, elections for ISU Office Holders positions will take place.

Corrections to ISU Communication 2468, Ice Dance Requirements for Technical Rules season 2022/23 have been made on April 28.

The 58th Ordinary ISU Congress will take place in Phuket (THA) on June 6 - 10, 2022. For this election Congress, the list of nominees, grouped by elected positions, containing the names of the nominees and the nominators is now available following the submission deadline of April 25, 2022. 

Due to the Covid 19 travel restrictions to China, the ISU Recognized Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance Seminars for Referees and Judges planned to be held in Beijing in June 2022 are postponed until further notice.
