Within the context of the hearing of the (Oswald) Disciplinary Commission of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Skating Union (ISU) has received the verdicts of the IOC Disciplinary Commission for Russian Speed Skaters:
The ISU Development Program is one of the cornerstone of the Figure Skating and Speed Skating successes. For this reason, the ISU Development Commision has approved projects in several countries.
