List of Referees, Judges, Technical Controllers, Technical Specialists, Data & Replay Operators season 2016/17 for Single & Pair Skating, Ice Dance and Synchronized Skating

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has publishes the 2017 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods, which will come into force on January 1, 2017. The List designates what substances and methods are prohibited both in- and out-of-competition, and which substances are banned in particular sports.

Further to the decision of the 56th ISU Ordinary Congress 2016 in Dubrovnik, CRO, to introduce an ISU Athletes Commission and in accordance with Article 21 of the 2016 ISU Constitution, the composition, election procedure and purpose of the ISU Athletes Commission will be as follows.

The International Skating Union (ISU) is surprised by the news that the European Commission has adopted a “Statement of Objections” in the course of its antitrust investigation of the ISU’s eligibility rules prohibiting Skaters from participating in unauthorized events that are not on the ISU international calendar.

The ISU Council met on September 9-10, 2016 in Geneva, Switzerland. The following decisions were taken by the Council during the meeting.

ISU Communication 2033 has been revised.

The Communication introduces the GUIDELINES for the season 2016/17 in Synchronized Skating (This Communication replaces ISU Communication No. 2041).

This Communication replaces ISU Communication No. 1967 Included are Corrections to ISU Communications 2008, 2012, 2016 and the Clarifications and Calling details for the Technical Requirements Season 2016/17

In accordance with Rule 104, paragraph 13 a), b) and c) the ISU publishes the national results for the season 2015/16.
