The physical body is important as an athlete but understanding the mental capabilities of you and your team, as well as putting the best strategies in place, are equally essential for success.  Although they have been primarily developed for Speed Skating Branch, the modules will also be of interest to Figure Skaters and Coaches.

Coming up are the streams of the 2017 ISU World Short Track Speed Skating Championships as well as the 2015 ISU World Allround Speed Skating Championships, ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships and ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final.
