ISU CoE Heereveen Welcoming Short Trackers of the World

The ISU Center of Excellence in Heerenveen is organizing a series of Short Track training camps during the season 2022/2023, offering their expertise, experience and facilities to the Short Track family of the world.
There are 7 Training Camps each consisting of one-week period, starting from September 26, 2022 till March 23, 2023. Skaters can choose from minimum 1-week to the full 7-week program including ice training, strength & conditioning and numerous workshops about material-set up, explanation of the new ISU Special & Technical rules, etc.
There are minimum requirements for the participants as follows:
• 500m personal best of 46 seconds (Women) 43 seconds (Men).
• Proof of full medical and personal liability insurance prior to arrival.
• Minimum: 18 years old.
• Accompanied by a Coach
The registration is open via http://pay-ce.com/ directly with the Heerenveen CoE. There is a maximum number of twenty skaters allowed per Training Camp. Registration will be based on a first come first served basis. For further information, please refer to the enclosed flyer.
