Following the conclusion of the following Essent ISU World Cup Speed Skating Competitions designated for qualification of event quota places for the XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014 and in line with ISU Special Regulations, Rule 209 and ISU Communication No. 1799, quota places (distance entry quotas) for the Speed Skating events at the XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi have been provisionally allocated in ISU Communication 1841.
