This state-of-the-art arena constitutes the largest Speed Skating facility in Asia, and is the world’s first Olympic venue to use a CO2 refrigerant ice making technology which significantly reduces temperature variances and optimizes energy efficiency. As part of the Olympic legacy, the Ice Ribbon has now become a benchmark for ice sports due to its sustainable building coveted for its high-quality ice condition.

The ISU is therefore delighted to organize a CoE camp in this unique venue that will allow Speed skaters and Short Track skaters to switch between the two training approaches to experience new techniques and synergies.

Besides the regular training on and off ice, participants will also have the opportunity to meet the Chinese Short Track Speed Skating national team and get to know more about their training life and nutrition journey. The possibility to eat at the national team restaurant will help you better understand the nutritional ratio around each meal.
