The remaining Quota Places for the Single & Pair Skating and the Ice Dance competitions at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games (YOG) have been allocated after the last event of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series 2019/20.

Only NOCs/ISU Members which had not already earned YOG Quota Places in each discipline were eligible for the remaining YOG Quota Places for the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games. YOG Quota places to the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games are in all cases awarded to NOCs/ISU Members and not individual/named Skaters. ISU Members are reminded that the age limits for all disciplines are as follows, with a specific exception for the male Skaters in Pair Skating and Ice Dance:

Figure Skating
Singles (and Female Skaters in Pair Skating and Ice Dance)
- Born between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2005

For Male Skaters in Pair Skating and Ice Dance:
 Born between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2004

ISU Members/NOCs are requested to take these age restrictions into account when confirming or rejecting YOG Quota Places and when entering the athletes.

Furthermore, only Skaters fulfilling both ISU and IOC citizenship/residency requirements may be entered. According to the Olympic Charter, Rule 42, only citizens of the NOC/ISU Member may be entered.
