Lausanne, Switzerland

The draw by number for the above-mentioned event was held on October 10, 2019 at the Hotel President Wilson in Geneva in the presence of Mr. Alexander Lakernik, ISU Vice-President Figure Skating, Mr. Charlie Cyr, Sport Director Figure Skating, Mr. Olivier Griot, BDO Auditor as well as Leanna Caron from Skate Canada and Mariam Giorgobiani from the Georgian Figure Skating Federation.

Judges entries by name (including Alternates) must be sent by the drawn ISU Members by email to the ISU Secretariat (entries@isu.ch) and to LYOGOC (entries@lausanne2020.sport) with a copy to the NOC of the respective Member on or before October 18, 2019.

Judges must have the qualification as “ISU Judge”.

Members drawn for the two single events (Ladies and Men) may enter two Judges. Members drawn for one single event (Ladies or Men) and the Pair Skating event can only enter one Judge. Members drawn for the Ice Dance event may enter an additional Judge in addition to those Judges entered for the Single & Pair Skating events.

For each Judge’s entry within the limits outlined above, the drawn ISU Members may nominate a substitute Judge.

Alternate Judges will not be present on site unless one of the entered Judges would withdraw and the Member of that Judge has not entered a substitute Judge by name. Only in this case the alternate Judge(s) in the order of the draw result will be called on site. In addition, a skater(s) withdrawal will automatically be followed by the cancellation of the Judges entry unless such skater(s) withdrawal is confirmed less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the respective event.

If needed, a separate draw amongst all Judges present in Lausanne and available and qualified for the discipline concerned but not represented already in the concerned panel will complete the panel to the possible maximum number of nine (9) Judges.
