The ISU has introduced this initiative to assist ISU Officials in the preparation for their duties at the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships 2015 (Senior and Junior). This will be an intensive seminar to update all Officials with the latest rules and regulations applicable to the upcoming Championships. The ISU wants to ensure that the deserved support is given to the Synchronized Skating athletes by having knowledgeable and well trained Officials evaluating their performances. Judging and technical officiating opportunities are few and many ISU Officials may only participate at the World Championship in a season. It is important to give the Referees, Judges and Technical Panel Officials as much practical guidance as possible for their important duty at the most important ISU Synchronized Skating Events.
