Canadian superstar Marianne St-Gelais (CAN) leads the Ladies 500m Overall Classification of the Audi ISU World Cup Short Track after the first two events held in Budapest and Dordrecht. Choi Minjeong (KOR) follows closely with Italian Arianna Fontana in third. So far no skater has been in the podium in both competitions.

The Audi ISU World Cup Short Track skated off in Budapest (HUN) with the 500m Finals held on Saturday September 30. The Final A saw Choi Minjeong finish ahead of Arianna Fontana and fellow Korean Shim Suk Hee.

Exactly one week after, the travelling World Cup would visit Dordrecht where Canada finished 1 and 2 with Marianne St-Gelais and Kim Boutin topping the podium. An Italian would join them but this time was Martina Valcepina.

The Audi ISU World Cup Short Track will be back next week from Shanghai for the third event in this four stop series.
