The season is gaining momentum. While most Skaters are working in summer camps on their new programs and elements, others are already testing their skills in the first competitions of the new season.

Johnny Weir hangs up his skates
Time to say good bye for Johnny Weir: The two-time Olympian and 2008 ISU World bronze medalist ended his show career with his final performances at Fantasy On Ice in Japan. “I never dreamt in a million years I’d be the kind of someone that would have the kind of send-off I did yesterday. People standing and crying all over the world, an arena filled with tears, hugs and love and happiness and appreciation and more tears…I felt like the champion I’d set out to be and that my moment of glory came for me,” he wrote.

Welcome back!

Beautiful medals

The medals for the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Gangwon (KOR) are simply stunning! The design emerged from a workshop with 19 local art school students, to showcase the rich nature and picturesque scenery of the Gangwon province, and to symbolise growth and unity.

Soucisse/Firus engaged

Oh the view!

Martina Sablikova (CZE) went out for a ride and showed us the perfect views during her training sessions ahead of next season. We're kind of jealous, what about you?

Prepping, prepping, prepping
