During the Pure As Ice campaign held at the ISU World Cup Speed Skating in Heerenveen in collaboration with the ISU Development Commission, almost 150 athletes and their support personal came by to take part at the Pure As Ice activities or to have a chat about doping free sport, including 5000m Olympic Champion Esmee Visser and lots of other top skaters.
Team spirit was also remarkable as many teams (Korea, USA, Russia etc.) got to the Pure As Ice Booth together and left with some very nice clean team pictures. We had great exchanges with athletes about their right to clean sport and their role in clean sport promotion during this campaign. Stand up for clean sport!
