Mr. Walter Zuccaro (ITA)
having obtained the highest number of votes among the not elected IDTC candidates during the 2010 elections in Barcelona, Mr. Zuccaro has accepted to fill the vacancy in line with the ISU Constitution, Article 13, paragraph 5.
