Technical Rules specify that some of them need to be completed by requirements decided by the Ice Dance Technical Committee:
- Pattern Dances for International Competitions,
- Music requirements for Pattern Dances for International Competitions,
- Required Elements for Short Dance,
- Required Elements for Free Dance,
- Clothing.
