The second edition of the ISU Shanghai Trophy, a combined Short Track Speed Skating, Synchronized Skating and Figure Skating event, was held at the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center over the weekend.

The second ISU Shanghai Trophy starts on November 24-26, 2017. The event combines Synchronized Skating, Short Track Speed Skating and Figure Skating.  It is the first time that an ISU Event combines the three disciplines.

ISU Members may send to the ISU Secretariat applications to host ISU Seminars for Synchronized Skating Referees and Judges in 2018 fulfilling the characteristics in this communication.

The ISU Council has decided to update and extend the specifications and guidelines for Short Track Speed Skating on Rink Board Padding systems

The Synchronized Skating Judges Examination will be held on the occasion of the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships 2018

The seminar will be organized by the ISU and The Royal Dutch Skating Federation (KNSB) in cooperation with the Center for Top Sports and Education (CTO) Heerenveen.
