The ISU has decided to hold a series of Online Video Seminar for ISU and W International Officials in Short Track Speed Skating, which will be organized by the ISU Short Track Speed Skating Technical Committee using the Zoom Communication software as follows:
- Saturday September 9th, 2023: For Referees, Starters and Competitor Stewards - Joint Session
- Sunday September 10th, 2023: For Referees, Starters and Competitor Stewards - In separate groups per category
- Saturday September 16th, 2023: For Referees only
- Sunday September 17th, 2023: For ISU Referees only
