The initiative launched in 2018 to support Skaters who have retired within the previous 4 seasons to become Coaches, Officials, Administrators or any other appropriate function connected to Skating will continue in 2019. Supported by the ISU Development Commission, this project primary objective is to educate Singles Figure Skating Coaches in South-East Asia, Asia and Oceania, particularly at the developing level (Novice to Junior).

The Ice Dance Coaches meeting that will take place on Saturday 23 March 17:00-19:00 (local time in Japan) during the ISU World Figure Skating Championships will be live-streamed on the ISU Development YouTube channel.
The Pure As Ice campaign made its last stop this season at the ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships in Neuchâtel (SUI). 16 out of 23 teams, including the 2019 World Champions, silver and bronze medalists teams, participated in the quiz, discussed topics around clean sport and took fun Pure As Ice pictures.
Another stop for the ISU Pure As Ice campaign, the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships in Zagreb. Over 70 participants joined the booth set up by the Croatian Institute for Public Health's including top Figure Skating juniors.
